Who Writes Inhalation Report?

I’m Jay Holt, Senor Director of  Inhalation at Cirrus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  I have 20 years of industry experience, with about 12 of those in inhalation product development, spanning pre-formulation to marketed product and beyond.  My background is in organic chemistry (Ph.D., Georgia Tech), and current interests include metered dose inhalers, dry powder inhalers, nasal products, topical aerosols, and solutions & suspensions for nebulization.  My team and I are experienced in formulation development, device selection and evaluation (e.g. spacers, valved holding chambers, dose counters, etc.), process development, scale-up, and tech-transfer.  I’m also a patent agent registered with the U.S Patent Office.
